David C. McCreary, 59, of Ross Township, formerly of New Castle and Butler, died Saturday.

Born Feb. 4, 1959, in New Castle, he was the son of Charles and Marian Scott McCreary of Fort Myers, Fla.

David worked as a jeweler for Kings Jeweler in Butler, as well as several other jewelers.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Haskell McCreary, whom he married May 25, 1985; his son, Nathan McCreary and his fiancée, Lyndsay Piotrowski, of Ross Township; his daughters, Mallory (Matthew) Muetzel of Sewickley and Lindsay (Scott) Peters of Ross Township; his sister, Barbara (Daryl) Hall of Cape Coral, Fla.; his grandchildren, Matteo and Marco Muetzel, Adelaide Peters and a fourth granddaughter due in November.

MCCREARY — A service for David C. McCreary, who died Saturday, July 14, 2018, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Ministry Center, 801 Beaver St., Sewickley, with the Rev.
