Paul J. “Jack” Cousins

Paul J. “Jack” Cousins, age 96, of Herman, passed away Friday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Butler on Nov. 11, 1921, he was a son of the late Isaac and Cecelia Baldauf Cousins.

A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army in England and France.

Jack was employed for 45 years in the maintenance department of Castle Rubber Co.

He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Herman. He also belonged to the R.C. Men's Club.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Snyder Cousins, whom he married Oct. 24, 1945; three children, the Rev. John Cousins, OFM Cap., of San Antonio, Texas, Pam Tait of Butler and Jodi Snyder and her husband, Phil, of Butler; two grandsons; two stepgrandsons; three great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

COUSINS — There will be no visitation for Paul J. “Jack” Cousins, who died Friday, July 13, 2018.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday from St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman, with his son, the Rev. John Cousins, officiating.Burial will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery.The family requests memorial donations to St. Mary of the Assumption R.C.
