Mildred Maker
Mildred Maker, 99, of Butler died Monday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born Dec. 25, 1918, in East Butler, she was a daughter of the late Harry Fields and Julia (Fantala) Fields.
Mildred was a homemaker and had worked at the Shell Shop during World War II.
She was a member of St. Michael Greek Catholic Church in Lyndora, the Women's Club at St. Michael's and had enjoyed working puzzles and cooking for her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Patty (Robert) Hunka of Butler; one sister, Helen DiTullio of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Maker, who died Dec. 3, 1969; two brothers; and five sisters.
MAKER — Friends of Mildred Maker, who died Monday, July 9, 2018, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.Parastas services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael Greek Catholic Church in Lyndora. The Rev.
