Robert P. Margo, 90, formerly of Zelienople, died Friday morning at LAS St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.

Born Dec. 6, 1927, in Port Vue, Pa., he was the son of the late Andrew and Anna Gerosky Margo.

Bob had been vice-president of information technology for McKesson, Inc.

He served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Bob was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are his wife, Eleanor “June” Lawyer Margo, whom he married on Jan. 3, 2004; two sons, Robert A. (Lee) Margo of Massachusetts, and Todd L. (Corona) Margo of Texas; a daughter, Christine A. (Steve Sykes) Margo of Michigan; a grandson, Daniel Margo; a brother, Richard (Diane) Margo of Connecticut; and a sister, Katherine Maffei of Pittsburgh.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret Rita Simcik, whom he married on Sept. 12, 1953, and who died in 2001; a brother, Thomas; and a sister, Barbara.
