Ronald D. Herr, 83, of Allison Park passed away Sunday while under the care of Seneca Place in Verona.

Born Dec. 28, 1934, in Harmony, he was the son of the late Melvin and Verla Attleberger Herr.

Ronald retired from his military career in the U.S. Army in 1976, after 20 years of service to his country.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores M. Labadie Herr; his son, Michael Herr of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

Herr, who died Sunday, June 24, 2018, will be held with military honors at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Church Cemetery in Harmony.Arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
