Leroy D. Stobert

Leroy D. Stobert, 50, of Harrison Township, passed away unexpectedly Thursday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born Feb. 24, 1968, in Harrison Township, to Wayne and Lois Stobert of Apollo.

Leroy has lived in Natrona Heights since 2011 and before that Virginia. He was a meat cutter for the Defense Commissary in Moon Township since 2003.

Leroy was a member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Natrona Heights and a graduate of Highlands High School.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Steelers fan. Leroy especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Marjorie A. Schriver Stobert; and his children, Donald L. and Bethany M. Stobert, at home.

Also surviving are his brothers, Kenneth and Joseph Stobert, both of Apollo; and numerous nieces and nephews.

STOBERT — At the request of the family of Leroy D. Stobert, who died Thursday, June 14, 2018, there will be no public visitation.However relatives and friends are invited to attend a Christian funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Natrona Heights.Arrangements are being handled by Duster Funeral Home, 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum.For more information, visit dusterfh.com.
