Sarver woman charged with indecent assault
CLINTON TWP — A Sarver woman was charged with indecent assault and related charges after police say she attacked a neighbor on Monday.
Denise A. Heinle, 55, was charged with misdemeanor indecent assault, simple assault, defiant trespass, summary harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident in the 300 block of Sun Mine Road, Clinton Township, at 8:50 a.m. Monday.
State police responded to the location for an assault report.
Police said the victim reported that Heinle had assaulted her earlier, after Heinle had been yelling and screaming at her from her porch all morning. The criminal complaint states that Heinle then left her back porch, crossed the property boundary and assaulted the woman by grabbing her shirt, pulling it up and touching her inappropriately. The woman reported that she then pushed Heinle away. It was reported the suspect was heavily intoxicated and had been drinking all morning.
Police said the woman reported that this has been an ongoing issue.
