Shirley Ann Spohn

Shirley Ann Spohn of West Sunbury passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born in Greece City, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie (Thornberg) Clark.

Shirley loved animals and took in many stray cats.

She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Joseph Spohn; two daughters, Shelby Weichey of West Sunbury and Shawnna (Carl) Thompson of Chicora; four grandchildren, Tiffany and Andy Weichey and Austin and Kaitlyn Thompson; a sister, Marie McCafferty of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her cat, Casey; four brothers; and her son-in-law, Paul Weichey.
