Helen L. Schuler

Helen L. Schuler, 85, died on May 17.

She was born Aug. 10, 1932, in Evans City, to Harry and Ethel Besnecker.

She graduated from Evans City High School.

She moved to Cleveland, Ohio, when she married Donald J. Schuler in 1955.

The past six years she lived with her daughter, Lynn, in Albuquerque, N.M.

For 25 years, Helen was an educational assistant for the Berea City School District.

She loved working with children and she enjoyed cooking for everyone.

Survivors include Lynn Schuler of Albuquerque, N.M., Dayne Schuler of North Ridgeville, Ohio, and Diane Schuler of Parma Heights, Ohio; her five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald; and her brother, Lee M. Besnecker.

SCHULER — Helen L. Schuler, who died Thursday, May 17, 2018, will be laid to rest at Hope Memorial Gardens in Hinckley, Ohio.Arrangements were entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque, N.M.Helen continued to participate in her daughter Lynn's school during her later years, so it is fitting that memorial donations be made to Hawthorne Elementary School, 420 General Somervell St. NE, Albuquerque, N.M., 87123.
