Donald H. Barton
Donald H. Barton, 83, of Butler, passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 4, 1935, in Marwood, Pa., the son of the late Charles L. Barton and Erma Smay Barton.
Don was a member of the Summit Evangelical Presbyterian Church and BUCO Camping Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing with his late father, going to Lernerville Speedway and spending time with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth A. (Simpson) Barton, whom he married Feb. 4, 1960; two sons, Kent (Lori) Barton of Ellwood City and Joel Barton of Butler; one sister, Joan Keiser of Michigan; two brothers, Glenn Barton of Washington and Carl Barton of Worthington; three grandsons, Brendon, Zachary and Brody; his neighbor girls, Brooke and Jenna; and a number of special nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his son, John Barton; and his brother, Charles Barton.
BARTON — Memorial services for Donald H. Barton, who died Friday, May 18, 2018, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Summit Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 181 Caldwell Drive, Butler, with Pastor Tom Jones officiating.
