A Cranberry Township man is facing charges after allegedly flipping his vehicle and fighting with police following Thursday night's Pittsburgh Penguins game.

PITTSBURGH — A Cranberry Township man is facing charges after he allegedly flipped his vehicle and attacked officers following a Pittsburgh Penguins game.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Pittsburgh Municipal Court, David Hunter, 28, of Cranberry Township faces charges of criminal mischief, resisting arrest, driving under the influence and reckless driving after the incident, which happened Thursday night outside of PPG Paints Arena.

The complaint states officers were notified of a motor vehicle accident and rollover at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Fullerton Street near an arena parking lot.

They found Hunter, who had freed himself from the overturned vehicle, sitting on a guardrail. When they approached, he allegedly became aggressive and attempted to flee the scene, the complaint states.
