ADAMS TWP - Mars boys lacrosse will hold a fundraiser for It’s About the Warrior Foundation, which provides help to post-9/11 veterans in the area.

The event will take place Friday at the Mars Athletic Complex during junior varsity and varsity games against Upper St. Clair. Play begins at 6 p.m.

Activities will include the following: a 50/50 raffle, $5 fast-shot competition at halftime with prizes going to the winners, T-shirts on sale for $10 and a block pool game for each quarter.

All proceeds and donations will benefit the foundation.

JACKSON TWP — The 2018 Seneca Valley girls basketball clinics will run June 11-14 at the high school and Intermediate High School.

Separate clinics will be held for girls entering grades 1-2, 3-6 and 7-8. Registration deadline is May 31.
