William Y. Mooney
William Y. Mooney, 85, of McCandless Township passed away peacefully Thursday at home, surrounded by his family.
William was the loving husband of 54 years to Eleanor R. (Bevins) Mooney; loving father to William E. (Carrie); loving grandfather to Hayden, Madison, Samantha, Amanda, Garrett and Warren; and the brother of Marian Mooney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William F. and Norma (Yoedt) Mooney; a baby daughter, Eleanor Mooney; a brother, Robert Mooney; and a sister, Harriet McKinney.
William was owner/operator of North Hills Disposal, Inc. and B&M Service.
He was a member of Franklin Park Baptist Church.
He enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with his family.
