Butler County Assistant District Attorney, Richard Bosco, has been suspended.

A Butler County assistant district attorney was suspended Friday and is facing an administrative hearing.

District Attorney Richard Goldinger confirmed Monday that he suspended Assistant District Attorney Richard Bosco on Friday.

Goldinger said Bosco is suspended pending the outcome of a Human Resources administrative hearing which will be held Tuesday. That hearing will address the issues regarding the suspension and possible outcome, Goldinger said.

He declined to discuss the reasoning behind the suspension, but did say “it was a decision I thought I needed to make at the time.”
