Patricia Ann O'Neill passed away Feb. 26.

Pat was born in Butler Sept. 23, 1943, to Claude and Garnet Johnson.

Pat worked as a medical secretary in Youngstown, Ohio, until moving to Fort Myers, Fla. She worked as a receptionist at Heron House. She also served as a volunteer in a variety of positions at St. Columbkille Church. She established a ministry to gather care packages for the military, volunteered at the food bank and served as a secretary in the office.

Pat is survived by her husband of 47 years, Paul J. O'Neill Sr., of Fort Myers, Fla.; four daughters, Sharon (Dave) Mowry, Claudia (Tom) Bianco, Paula (David) Colantuoni and Christine (Mike) Videtic; and one son, Paul J. (Lita) O'Neill Jr.; two sisters, Nancy (Robert) Shearer and JoAnn (Richard D.) Ordy, both of Butler; and 11 grandchildren.
