Betty Jean Robinson

Betty Jean Robinson, 70, passed away Sunday at her home in Worth Township.

She was born May 19, 1947, at home, to Walter Melvin Robinson and Mary Elizabeth Robinson.

During her life, she attended Slippery Rock High School and went on to work at the Slippery Rock University in custodial services.

She enjoyed fishing and listening to country music. She was a dedicated listener to Froggy 92.2 where her voice was used in Froggy Advertisements.

Betty is survived by two sisters, Nancy L. Robinson of Slippery Rock and Shirley (Ronald) Bergbickler of Butler; two brothers, Alvin (Terri) Robinson of Grove City and Russ Robinson of Slippery Rock; and a handful of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Robert David Robinson.

ROBINSON — A private memorial for Betty Jean Robinson, who died Sunday, March 11, 2018, will occur at the family's residence.
