Patricia “Jean” Wagner

Patricia “Jean” Wagner, 87, of Butler died Thursday at Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice.

Born in Renfrew on April 11, 1930, she was the daughter of Harold O. and Sarah E. Winner Bowser.

She along with her husband owned and operated the former Wagner Printing in Butler. She was also the receptionist there.

Jean was a graduate of Butler High School and she was a Christian. She loved spending time with her family and loved to go fishing and R.V. camping with her husband. She also loved being a housewife.

Survivors include two sons, Terry (Wanda) Wagner of Connecticut and Chris (Jamie) Wagner of Palmyra, Pa.; her three daughters, Linda J. Wagner of Butler, Trudy (Lynn) Keller of Hagerstown, Md., and Kim (Jeff) Sechrist of Greencastle, Pa.; and 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wagner, whom she married May 30, 1948. He died in 2008.

WAGNER — There will be no public visitation for Patricia “Jean” Wagner, who died Thursday, March 1, 2018.A celebration of life service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road, Butler.Arrangements were entrusted to Jay Bryan Funeral Home in Prospect.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
