Madeline R. Venmar, 93, of Butler passed away Feb. 16 at Butler VNA Inpatient Hospice after a brief illness.

She was born June 27, 1924, in Ford City, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Conto Dezzutti.

She enjoyed playing bridge, golfing, volunteering at the Butler Memorial Hospital and being a homemaker.

Madeline and her husband were the founders and former owners of Kerven Subaru in Butler.

Surviving are her husband of over 70 years, Harry Venmar of Butler; two sons, Richard Venmar of Vermont and Kenneth (Terri) Venmar of Butler; two grandchildren, Kate (Eric) Bankaitis of North Carolina and Jaime Venmar of Brazil; one great-grandson, Jackson; and one niece, Rose (Don) Lyman of New York.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Beno Dezzutti.
