Ivan “Chris” Coene
Ivan “Chris” Coene, 74, of Marshall Township passed away suddenly on Tuesday.
Chris was born Nov. 29, 1943, the son of Ivan N. and Viola S. (DeGarmo) Coene; beloved husband of the late Linda (Wallace) Coene; loving father of Carolyn (Jacob) Bowden, Jessica (Meghan) Coene and the late Amanda Coene; dear grandpap of Mikaya. He is also survived by his loving family and his dear friends.
Chris will be deeply missed for his big heart, his love for his family, especially his granddaughter, and his passion for motorcycles, cars and planes.
He was a member of the Honda Goldwing Association and the Condor Aero Club.
He was always willing to lend a hand when needed, to help a friend, to work in the community and to take care of his family.
COENE — Family and friends of Ivan “Chris” Coene, who died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.A celebration of Chris's life will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev.
