Susan E. “Sue” Dickey Holt, 65, of Butler passed away Saturday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 27, 1952, in Butler, to the late Rev. Robert Earl Dickey and the late Betty M. Inbody Dickey.

Sue was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Connoquenessing. She played the piano there for over 40 years. Sue enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Holt is survived by her two sons, Christopher R. Holt of Butler and Timothy N. Holt of Butler; and two granddaughters, Caroline and Madalyn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Hemmingtion “Tom” Holt Jr., whom she married Oct. 6, 1967, and who died Jan. 11, 2009; and a brother, Raymond E. Dickey.

HOLT — Friends of Susan E. “Sue” Dickey Holt, who died Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
