Sally Rogers
Sally Rogers, 74, of Harmony passed away suddenly Wednesday at UPMC Passavant Hospital in Cranberry Township.
Born Nov. 18, 1943, in Mars, she was the daughter of the late Merle L. Truver and Esther M. Geyer Truver.
Sally will be remembered as a devoted, selfless mother to all of her children and was especially dedicated to caring for her special needs daughter, Angie.
Sally was always positive and uplifting to all that knew her. She was a talented baker and loved sharing her treats. Sally loved sharing facts about the Mars Historical Society on Facebook. She also was, quite simply, an angel put on this Earth to better us all.
Sally leaves behind to treasure her memory, her husband, David C. Rogers Jr.; her children, David C. (Debbie) Rogers III, Eric L. Rogers, Angie Rogers and Shannon Rogers; her grandchildren, Haley Russell, David C. Rogers IV, Hannah Rogers, Noelle Rogers and Michael Rogers; and her sisters, Mary Esther (Charles) Walker, Jean (Larry) Thieleman Consola, Lois Maria Hutchison, Betty (Ed) Ragazine and Shirley Orth.
In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Truver.
ROGERS — Memorial visitation for Sally Rogers, who died Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of her memorial service at 6 p.m. Saturday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople with Pastor Dan Owen officiating.Memorial contributions in Sally's honor may be made to D.T.
