Ronald A. Nickel
Ronald A. Nickel, 61, of Butler died Monday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born March 12, 1956, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Frank R. Nickel Sr. and Joan E. Nicklas Nickel.
Ron was a 1974 graduate of Knoch High School, had worked in sales at Shults Ford in Harmarville and was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
Surviving are his brother, Frank R. Nickel Jr. of Slippery Rock; one sister, Linda M. (Bob) Cunningham of Butler; four nephews, Frank R. Nickel III, Bob Cunningham III, Matt Cunningham and Nick Cunningham; and one niece, Andrea Nickel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Nickel; and a nephew, Chris Nickel.
NICKEL — Family and friends of Ronald A. Nickel, who died Monday, Feb. 19, 2018, are invited to gather from 11 a.m. until noon Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon. The Rev. Harry Bielewicz, Pastor, will officiate.Inurnment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Butler.Arrangements were entrusted to Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
