Ralph W. “Bill” Gregor Sr.

Ralph W. “Bill” Gregor Sr. 66, of Chicora passed away Saturday in VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler.

Born Jan. 14, 1952, in Pittsburgh, the son of Steven Gregor and Eleanor Nicholson Gregor.

He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Scherer Gregor, whom he married July 8, 1972; one son, Bill Gregor Jr. and his wife, Michelle, of Chicora; two daughters, Renee and Chad Larsen of South Carolina and Darlyn Gregor and her fiancé, Jason Young; his mother, Eleanor Gregor of Pittsburgh; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Steven and Mary Alice Gregor of Pittsburgh and Gary Gregor of Pittsburgh; two brothers-in-law, Herman and Donna Scherer of Chicora and Gerald and Cindy Scherer of Chicora.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Gregor; and one sister, Kathy Gregor.

GREGOR — There will be no visitation for Ralph W. “Bill” Gregor Sr., who died Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, and a private blessing service will be officiated by Father Rick Thompson.Cremation service has been entrusted to the STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME in Downtown Chicora.
