Braden Kaylor

Braden Kaylor, 86, of Butler passed away Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born Dec. 26, 1931, in Butler, and was the son of the late Archie B. and Ethel (Hargnett) Kaylor.

Braden enjoyed riding motorcycles, woodworking and gardening.

He graduated from Butler High School in 1949 and retired from Penn Dixie Cement in 1983.

Surviving are his wife, Geraldine (Manny) Kaylor, whom he married June 14, 1955; a daughter, Debra Young of Naples, Fla.; a son, Braden (Debbie) Kaylor of Butler; five grandchildren, Crystal (Matt) Young-Erdos of St. Petersburg, Fla., Scott (Maggi) Young of Edmond, Okla., Lisa (Josh) Loomis of Butler, Jenna (Randy) Harrold of Volant and Jill Kaylor of Butler; four great-grandchildren, Foster and Austen Young, Jaxon Loomis and Ayla Erdos; a sister, Sylvia (Jim) Drane of New Castle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Annetta Ramsey, Dorothy Albert and Ethelda Kaib; and a son-in-law, Gary Young.
