Edward E. “Eddie” Blair
Edward E. “Eddie” Blair, 64, of Petrolia, passed away Saturday afternoon at Grove City Medical Center following a monthlong illness.
Eddie was born June 15, 1953, in Grove City, to Kenneth R. and Esther G. Sankey Blair.
Eddie was raised in the Protestant faith. He was a graduate of Moniteau High School in 1971. Eddie was a dairy farmer his entire life until his health prevented him from farming. He enjoyed gardening and working outdoors.
Surviving are his sister, Susie Blair of Petrolia; his beloved dog, Erin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
His parents preceded him in death.
BLAIR — Services for Edward E. “Eddie” Blair, who died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, will be conducted privately by his family.Burial will follow at the Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville.Memorials in Eddie's memory may be made to the Wounded Warriors at woundedwarriorproject.org.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Cunningham Funeral Home, 306 Bessemer Ave., Grove City.
