Carl A. Fernstrom

Carl A. Fernstrom, 65, of Evans City passed away Dec. 21 at St. John Specialty Care in Mars.

Born April 7, 1952, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Carl and Mildred Hawkins Fernstrom.

Carl was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a former Air Force Mechanic Instructor while in the Air Force in Illinois. Upon his return, he worked as a motorcycle mechanic.

He enjoyed the outdoors and riding his motorcycle.

Surviving are his three children, Tina, Eric and Brian; five grandchildren; and four cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
