Jean J. Borcz, 88, of Forest Hills, formerly of Mount Chestnut, passed away Wednesday at Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC in Pittsburgh, following an illness.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home in Prospect.
