Kadyn Nikkole Jack, 14, of Buffalo Township passed away Wednesday unexpectedly at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights.

Kadyn was born in Pittsburgh on June 28, 2003. She was the daughter of Kristianne (Fabian) and John Jason “JJ” Jack of Buffalo Township.

Kadyn was a freshman at Freeport Area High School.

She enjoyed horseback riding and was an animal lover. Kadyn was very artistic and enjoyed singing. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed riding the family's Gator around their property.

Kadyn was a loving, caring, sweet, kind beautiful young lady who will be greatly missed by everyone

In addition to her parents, Kadyn is survived by her older sister, Mackensey L. Jack; and her little brother, Justin J. Jack.

She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Gayly Dettore of New Kensington; her paternal grandmother, Barbara (Lelis) and Frank Manni of Freeport; paternal grandfather, Ronald J. and Michelle Jack of Buffalo Township; her maternal aunt, Valerie and Chris Wojcik of Lower Burrell; her paternal aunt, Kimberly and Eric Smith of Buffalo Township; her four first cousins, Connor and Shelby Wojcik and Jessica and Kristy Lee Smith; her best friend, Brittany Hanz; her dog, Blue; and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, J. Richard Fabian; her maternal step-grandfather, Thomas H. Dettore; her maternal great-grandmother, Lena Bettor; her paternal great-grandparents, Henry and Bertha Lelis, and John Joseph Jack and Betty Evans.

JACK — Family and friends of Kadyn Nikkole Jack, who died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, will be received from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the Redmond Funeral Home, 524 High St., Freeport.Everyone is invited to join the family at Mount St. Peter Church in New Kensington for the Mass of Christian burial that will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday with Monsignor Michael J.
