Noah Martin Carthen
Noah Martin Carthen passed away Monday.
He was born April 10, 2017, at Kingwood Medical Center and was the son of Nicholas Adam Carthen and Lindsay Elizabeth (Minnear) Carthen.
Eager to begin his life, our little firecracker entered the world three months earlier than expected, weighing in at 2 pounds, 6 ounces and was 14.6 inches tall.
With his family and wonderful medical staff by his side, this young fighter overcame numerous obstacles for over two months while in the NICU before being released to go home on June 15, 2017.
Noah was a happy, fun loving boy from the beginning. He adored his “pup pup” Marlow and loved being outdoors. He would dance to any music mama and dada had on and couldn't get enough of his choo-choo and playing with his cars.
A big fan of food, Noah loved eating apples, mac and cheese, quesadillas and cucumbers.
Taken from us too soon, Noah will always be remembered for his outgoing personality and for the lessons he taught us. He touched so many lives in such a short period of time with his strength and love.
His big brown eyes, infectious smile and endless eyelashes will be missed by many, but he will live on in our hearts forever.
We love you NoahBear!
