Pre-registration for the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday, the event's organizers announced this week.

The annual festival is slated for June 8 to 10 in Butler and at Cooper's Lake Campground in Worth Township.

New this year will be the “Bantam Proving Grounds Jeep Pull,” at which Jeep owners will attempt to pull a weighted sled, a Jeep Invasion after party at Recon Brewing in Center Township and a “Jeepardy” trivia contest.

Jeep owners and festival volunteers can register online from Jan. 10 to May 6 at www.bantamjeepfestival.com.
