Teddy E Krajewski

Teddie E. Krajewski, 86, of Emlenton, formerly of West Sunbury, passed away at 6 a.m. Friday at his residence following an extended illness.

Teddie was born May 15, 1931, in Erico (Boyers). He was the son of the late Joseph Krajewski and the late Anna (Kloda) Krajewski, who immigrated from Poland.

Teddie was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during the Korean War.

He was a member of St. Alphonsus Parish and a life member of both the NRA and VFW Post 7480 in Hilliards.

Teddie was a welder for over 20 years at Pullman Standard, where he was known as “Poncho.” He was also a truck driver and mechanic for several companies and a lifetime farmer.

Teddie loved hunting, trapping, raising beagles and his faithful hunting beagle of 14 years, Suzy.

Teddie is survived by his wife, Margaret “Peggy” Sullivan Krajewski, whom he married Dec. 5, 1961; one daughter, Karen (Charlie) Losh of York, S.C.; two sons, Teddie J. (Bobbi) Krajewski of Hilliards and Stanley (Kerry) Krajewski of Boyers; two granddaughters, Nina (Matthew) Northrop of Evans City and Kara Krajewski of Boyers; and two great-grandchildren, Natalie and Benjamin Northrop; one sister, Mary Luchkiw, of Petrolia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Teddie was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and one grandson.

KRAJEWSKI — A Mass of Christian burial for Teddie E. Krajewski, who died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church, with the Rev. James Bedillion of St. Alphonsus Parish officiating. Everyone is asked to gather at the church.Burial will be in the Clintonville Cemetery.Arrangements were entrusted to William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the family or Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot PA 16023, or St. Alphonsus Parish.If desired online condolences may be submitted at www.williamfyoungfh.com.
