Joseph M. Gibson, 32, of Butler passed away Wednesday.

Born in Butler on March 24, 1985, he was a son of Michael Gibson and the late Terrie L. Kosar Parsons.

Joseph was employed as a mechanic at Jack's Auto Sales.

He is survived by his father, Michael Gibson; and his fiancée, Patricia Johns of Chicora; one daughter, Neveah Gibson of Chicago, Ill.; one brother, Robert Gibson of North Carolina; two sisters, Nicole Shores and her fiancé, Christopher Fox, of North Carolina, and Brittany Gibson of Chicora; his stepfather, Michael Parsons of North Carolina; his stepsister, Tarah Johns of Chicora; and two nephews and one niece.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Terrie L. Kosar Parsons, who passed away March 3, 2013.

GIBSON — Friends of Joseph M. Gibson, who died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave. Butler.Services will follow at 6 p.m. with the Rev.
