God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be.

So He put his arms around you and whispered “Come to ME”.

With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away.

Although we loved you dearly,

We could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands at rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us,

He only takes the best.

Although a year has passed, Mom, there is not a day that goes by that you are not with us.

You are in our thoughts and in our hearts, always… and we thank you for the everlasting beauty of all the memories you shared with us all.

In loving memory of our mom, Kathryn Fleming, and all those who have lost a loved one due to Dementia/ Alzheimer’s disease.

Sadly missed by, Becky & John, Paul, Kay & John, and all Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren
