Nancy (Greenway) Ford

Nancy (Greenway) Ford, 76, of Butler passed away on Saturday at the Lowrie Place.

She was born Oct. 29, 1941, in Butler. She was the daughter of the late Gordon Greenway and Lois (McDeavitt) Greenway.

Nancy worked as a secretary for Nationwide Insurance Company, Grace Lutheran Church and Tri-State Supply, retiring after several years.

She was a member of Christ Community Methodist Church.

Nancy enjoyed reading, art and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Edward Ford and his wife, Karen, of Slippery Rock, and Douglas Ford and his wife, Mary, of Butler; four grandchildren, Elizabeth and Sarah Ford, and Jefferson and Jill Ford, all of Butler; two brothers, Larry Greenway and his wife, Joyce, of Cabot, and Glenn Greenway and his wife, Loren, of Butler; one sister, Mona Henricks of Grove City; a special sister-in-law, Joyce (Lee) Mustello; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ford, whom she married on Nov. 15, 1963, and who passed away on July 24, 2010.

FORD — Visitation and funeral service for Nancy (Greenway) Ford, who died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, were private.Burial was held in the Butler County Memorial Park.Arrangements are being handled by the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
