Kirk A. “JR” Tack Jr., 33, died Monday in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg.

He was born Dec. 14, 1983, in Latrobe, a son of Kirk A. Tack Sr. and Kimberly Greenawalt.

He held various jobs in many states.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three children, Destiny Tack, Jakobe Tack and Devon Tack; his brother, Joshua Tack; his sister, Kayla Tack; several stepbrothers and stepsisters; his aunt, Dorene Tack-Waldron, who raised him; several grandparents, including William James Benner; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by several grandparents.
