Lee P.J. Grant
Lee P.J. Grant, 72, of Butler, loving husband and beloved father, went to be with the Lord on Friday surrounded by his family in the comfort of his home.
Born June 9, 1945, he was the son of the late Leslie and Clarice Madru Grant.
Lee graduated from high school and completed an apprenticeship program. Lee was a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 12 since 1982.
A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served in the U.S. Air Force.
He worshipped his Lord and Savior at Orchard Hill Church. He enjoyed sharing the Gospel through his gift of music by visiting and playing his guitar at the VA Hospital, Lowrie Place and several other assisted living facilities in the area. He also enjoyed his time of fellowship and service at Seneca Hills Bible Camp.
He will be sadly missed by his devoted wife, Nancy Grant of Butler; his daughter, Katie Sanko of Butler; his son, Paul Grant and his wife, Autumn, of Sarver; seven grandchildren; his brother, Andrew Grant of North Carolina; and his sister, Mary G. Clever of North Carolina.
GRANT — Friends of Lee P.J. Grant, who died Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Boylan Funeral Home in Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.A celebration of Lee's life will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Brady Randall of Orchard Hill Church officiating.
