Maria Hamborsky, 85, formerly of Masontown, Pa., passed away on Sunday.

Born Oct. 13, 1932, in Piliscsaba, Hungary, she was the daughter of Stefan Hauck and Maria (Grosz) Hauck.

Maria was talented in needlework and sewing. She loved feeding and watching the birds. She also enjoyed golfing.

Maria will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She is survived by her children, Veronica “Roni” Reyer and her husband, Ron Jr., of Fombell, and Rolfe Siegert of Clarence, N.Y.; her brother, Steve Hauck of St. Catharine's, Canada; her sister, Kathi Dolch of St. Catharine's, Canada; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Maria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward F. Hamborsky Sr.; and her son, Gerhard Siegert.

HAMBORSKY — Friends of Maria Hamborsky, who died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
