Richard M. Meissner
Richard M. Meissner, 55, of Butler died peacefully in his sleep at home Friday after suffering from lung disease.
Born Sept. 9, 1962, in Butler, he was a son of James Meissner and Kathleen (Moran) Meissner.
He had worked at Keystone Ridge Designs in Butler.
It's hard to put into words how much my dad means to me. Anytime anything would go wrong we would get in the car and drive our problems away with laughter. His inspiration of kindness to everyone he would meet will always stick with me! I love you Daddy, Tiffany.
Surviving are his wife, Bernice M. (LeGrand) Meissner; his daughter, Tiffany Meissner; his parents, James and Kathleen Meissner; one brother, Jimmy Meissner; two sisters; Christine Meissner Herbstritt and Patty Meissner Fair; two stepsons, Raymond Gurner and Damian Gurner; two step-grandchildren, Destiny Gurner and Dylan Gurner; also numerous nieces and nephews.
MEISSNER — A memorial service for Richard M. Meissner, who died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
