Glenn G. Fleming
Glenn G. Fleming, 59, of West Sunbury passed away at 9:55 p.m. Thursday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, following a battle with pneumonia.
Glenn was born June 17, 1958, in Butler. He was the son of the late Glenn Edward Fleming and the late Rita Mae Carbin Fleming.
Glenn was a member of Saint Louis Catholic Church.
He retired from AK Steel as a bricklayer in the masonry department and was a member of West Sunbury American Legion Post 243.
Glenn is survived by two sisters, Elaine (Thomas) Ambuster of Butler, and Margaret “Peggy” Burkett of Chicora; one brother, James (Annie) Fleming of West Sunbury; 16 nieces and nephews; four aunts and two uncles.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father, G. Edward Fleming, who passed away April 8, 2017; his mother, Rita Mae Fleming, who passed away May 9, 2017; his brother-in-law, John Burkett Jr.; and one nephew.
FLEMING — Visitation for family and friends of Glenn G. Fleming, who died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church in West Sunbury with the Rev.
