Beverly J. Rickel Walker
Beverly J. Rickel Walker, 88, of Greensburg passed away Friday in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg.
She was born April 22, 1929, in East Brady, a daughter of the late James Lloyd and Emma Louise Hay Rickel.
Beverly was a loving and caring homemaker and had also been employed by St. Matthias and First Lutheran churches.
She also worked for Montgomery Ward and last worked in the customer service department of the Tribune-Review.
She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensburg, where she played in the bell choir and was a member of the church choir.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard P. Walker; and two stepsons David and Thomas Walker.
She is survived by her son, Matthew L. Walker, and his wife Sheri; three stepsons, Bernard Walker and his wife Coz, Daniel Walker and his wife Kim and Mark Walker; two grandchildren, Liza M. Walker and Benjamin D. Walker; several stepgrandchildren; a sister, Betty Mildren; and several nieces and nephews.
WALKER — Family and friends of Beverly J. Rickel Walker, who died Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N.
