Leo Bernard Kelly III
Leo Bernard Kelly III, better known as “Skip” or “Kelly,” died peacefully on Thursday.
He was a lifetime native of Pittsburgh, born on Sept. 7, 1947, to the late Leo Bernard Kelly Jr., and Patricia Donnelly Kelly.
Kelly leaves behind his wife of 16 years, Patricia “Trish” L. Kelly; a sister, Kathy Dudro and her husband, Harry, of Pleasant Hills; a brother, Kevin Kelly and his wife, Stacey, of Aiken, S.C.; several nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kelly, Patrick, Sean and Caitlin; one aunt, one uncle and several cousins. Other extended family members include Sherry, Trish, Tina and Lisa McDonough.
He was a devoted 28-year member of the Elks Lodge 2249, in Cranberry Township.
Kelly retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2000, with 31 years of service.
KELLY — The family of Leo Bernard Kelly III, who died Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township. The Elks ritual service will be held at 6 p.m.
A service celebrating Leo’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
