Marjorie L. Langston

Marjorie L. Langston, 87, of Cabot passed away on Friday at the Allegheny General Hospital as the result of an automobile accident.

Born June 4, 1930, in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of Nicholas Zema and Ruby (Stauffner) Zema.

Marge had worked as a manager for Butler County Mushroom Farm.

She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church and had currently attended Cabot United Methodist Church.

She was a ceramics instructor for many years and enjoyed teaching and spending time with her clients. Marge also enjoyed seasonal decorating and gardening.

Surviving are her husband, Stanley C. Langston, whom she married Nov. 5, 1949; her son, Gregory L. (JoAnne) Langston of Butler; her brother, Larry (Karen) Zema of Cabot; two sisters, Janet (Paul) Burrows of Cabot and Marsha Kay Zema of Cabot; her daughter-in-law, Pegenne Langston of Benezette, Pa., three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Stanley C. Langston Jr.

LANGSTON — There will be no visitation for Marjorie L. Langston, who died Friday, Sept. 22, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cabot United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jason McQueen officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Burial Estates.Fox Funeral Home, 410 W.
