Robert Henry Davis, 79, of Butler passed away Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born Jan. 24, 1938, in Wilkinsburg, the son of the late William H. and Emily (Waite) Davis.

Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Surviving are two sisters, Nancy Lynn of Plum and Betty Jane (Martin) Ryan of Midway, Pa.; two brothers, Ronald (Karen) Davis of South Carolina and John “Jack” (Peggy) Davis of Saltsburg, Pa.; and his friend, Fred Slagel of Butler.
