Butler Twp. woman pleads guilty to drug distribution
A Butler Township woman charged with drug distribution pleaded guilty in Butler County Court on Wednesday.
Maryrose M. Hatfield, 37, pleaded guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance — heroin, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in two cases before county Judge Timothy McCune.
The plea agreements call for a sentence of 15 to 30 months in state prison, probation, restitution, fines and court costs.
The Butler County Drug Task Force filed the charges after a search warrant was executed at an apartment on Hansen Avenue, Lyndora, arresting the resident, Hatfield, and four others.
Officers seized 215 stamp bags of suspected heroin, about nine grams of crack cocaine packaged for sale, a small amount of marijuana and $664 in cash as well as multiple cell phones, according to court records.
