Dixie D. Neff
Dixie D. Neff, 81, of Butler, formerly of North Huntingdon and Elizabeth, passed away July 26 at St. John's Specialty Care Center in Mars.
She was born July 28, 1935, in New Wilmington, Pa., the daughter of the late Lloyd and Effina Richards Davis.
Dixie belonged to the Victory Church in Cranberry. She had worked at Mount Vernon Personal Care in Elizabeth.
Surviving are her daughters Shelley Toucey, of Indiana, Pa., Debbie (Larry) Laughlin of Zelienople and Joy (Steve) Anders of Charleroi; her son Ron (Darla) Delo of Skull Valley, Ariz.; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters Barb (Glenn) Smith of New Wilmington and Ginny (Phil) Williams of Hillsboro, Ore.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Norman Delo; her second husband Harmar “Bud” Neff; her daughter Barbara Miller; her granddaughter Krista Boyer; and one sister.
NEFF — A memorial service and celebration of life service for Dixie D. Neff, who died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the New Wilmington Park.
