On Tuesday, Brandon M. Ealy, 33, of Butler, was charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements after he failed to update his address and employment information with state police.

Police say Ealy, who was convicted of indecent assault in 2011, moved from an apartment on New Castle Road sometime in early August, and had given state police incorrect employment information when he last verified information with police in late May.
