Prosecutors seek death penalty for Greaves
Butler County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against a man charged in connection with the homicide of a another man in Lyndora in March.
Joshua K. Greaves, 34, was charged with homicide, felony robbery, robbery of a motor vehicle, theft, receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension, misdemeanor receiving stolen property, abuse of a corpse and conspiracy counts to all, following the death of Gregory W. Bosko, 55, of Kittanning, on March 21.
District Attorney Richard Goldinger confirmed Tuesday that his office is seeking the death penalty against Greaves, following the filing of a notice of aggravating circumstances on Aug. 8, the first step in seeking the death penalty prosecution.
Tiffany N. Hilliard, 30, of Butler, Greaves' alleged accomplice in hiding Bosko's body, was formally arraigned as scheduled on Tuesday.
