Butler Twp. man dies of apparent overdose
BUTLER TWP — Authorities are investigating the death of a 48-year-old man who died Sunday from an apparent overdose at his home on Home Avenue.
Jack F. Bollinger III was pronounced dead about 8:10 p.m., according to Butler County Coroner Larry Barr.
The cause of death is still pending results of toxicology tests, Barr said.
Police said they recovered empty stamp bags of suspected heroin and a syringe at the scene.
