Sandra L. Lucas Mondak, 70, of Prospect passed away early Saturday morning at Butler Memorial Hospital following an illness.

Born April 17, 1947, in Warren, Pa., she was the daughter of the late James and Helen Thompsen Lucas.

She is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence Mondak; daughter, Tammy Knapp of Warren, Pa.; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Rob Lucas and Harry Lucas of Warren, Pa.

MONDAK — Cremation services for Sandra L. Lucas Mondak, who died Saturday, July 15, 2017, have been entrusted to the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home of Prospect.
