Grace Elizabeth Osborn Kelley Dumbaugh

Grace Elizabeth Osborn Kelley Dumbaugh, 98, of Norfolk, Va., passed away June 29.

She was born Aug. 6, 1918, in Butler, to the late Wilmer and Della Osborn and was the widow of J. Orville Kelley.

She was also predeceased by her sister, Ruth Stewart; her brother, Merle Osborn; and her son, Donald Allen Kelley.

She is survived by her sister, Jean Bachman; and her daughter, Barbara Kelley Ross.

She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Jeffrey Ross, Jennifer Ross Echea and her husband, Tony, Matthew Ross and his wife, Andrea, Samantha Ross Phillips and her husband, Derek, and Daniel, Megan and Eric Kelley; and her daughter-in-law, Alexandra Kelley.

She had eight great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Olivia, Austin, Caroline, Christopher, Emma, Ross and Sophia; four nieces; and two nephews.

Grace enjoyed her many friends and activities at the First Lutheran Church, attending weekly services and events for many years. She especially enjoyed times spent with her children and their families.

DUMBAUGH — A burial service for Grace Elizabeth Osborn Kelley Dumbaugh, who died Thursday, June 29, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017, at the Greenlawn Burial Estates, 731 W. Old Route 422, Butler.

A memorial service will be conducted later in Norfolk, Va.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the First Lutheran Church, Norfolk, VA 23517.
